BiographyMary Sue Walsh was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and received a BFA in Drawing and Painting in 1973 from the University of New Mexico. She lives on a small horse farm in Corrales, New Mexico, with her husband and two sons, their horses and a menagerie of other animals. The Rio Grande Valley, with its network of acequias, adobes and small farms set against the Sandia Mountains, provides much of the subject matter for her work. She is represented in many private and corporate collections in the United States and Japan.
